Here are some simple steps that can help you remove acne:

Eat healthily and stick to a good diet. Try to stay clear of junk food and eat more fruit and vegetables. Wherever possible try to use natural ingredients in your cooking and avoid too much sugar. Also try not to use too much oil in your food as this will not help your skin.

Drink plenty of water. Many people do not enjoy drinking water but if you can make it part of your regular daily routine you should see quick improvements in your skin. Many models and actors swear by the benefits of water and they have constant scrutiny over their skin and appearance.

Make sure you do not squeeze spots. This will lead to bacteria being spread around your face and cause even worse blemishes to appear. If you need to touch your face at all make sure you have thoroughly cleaned your hands first.

Be gentle when cleaning your face. Use a soap of face wash which is intended for sensitive skin and do not aggravate your face by scrubbing it firmly. This will make the problem worse and should be avoided.

Make sure your daily environment is clean. Stay away from places where there is a large build up of dust or dirt. If your skin is being exposed to this then bacteria will be resting on your skin. Even if you cannot see it you will notice the effects over time. You do not have to be over-conscious of this but be sure to wash your face if you have been in a dusty place.
